We have extensive experience in conducting recruitment advertising and response handling, application screening and shortlisting, behavioural- & competency–based selection interviews, employee selection testing & assessment and employee background checks (credential verification.

Training & Development plays a critical role in a company. Our training offering is premised on facilitating the development of people’s capabilities and leadership skills through specifically designed training programs including certified and/or accredited training programmes.

Employee relations in South Africa is, to some extent, regulated through act of parliament and therefore requires a certain level of understanding the legislative framework. Human Resources is task with the responsibility of ensuring organizational stability and labour peace.
